Stephanie Elliott

Stephanie Elliott was appointed Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Volt Europe in late 2004 and is responsible for driving business growth across Europe and delivering profit performance targets as well as service quality. Prior to this role, she held the position of Vice President of Business Development for Volt Services Group in the US. Stephanie joined Volt in 1991 and has held various management roles in disciplines across the organisation including national accounts, finance and account management. Prior to joining Volt, Stephanie worked in the telecommunications industry in financial management roles.  In 2010 Stephanie was elected as a member of the Executive Committee of APSCo, the Association of Professional Staffing Companies, and is one of Volt’s Six Sigma Executive Champions.

Stephen Hill

Stephen Hill joined Volt Europe as Finance Director in 2007. He has worked as a Finance Director of a number of businesses over the past 15 years including several divisions of consumer goods company Procter & Gamble within Europe. More recently he was Finance Director of Elan Group, the IT recruitment arm of Manpower. Stephen's responsibilities within Volt are ensuring that the Finance group, its systems and processes are capable of supporting the company's growth plans including partnering effectively with the management team to further develop a profitable business.

Richard Herring

Richard Herring joined Volt Europe as Staffing Services Director in early 2006.  He has more than twenty years experience of the recruitment industry with particular expertise in professional sectors such as I.T. and engineering, along with extensive knowledge of running multi-sited operations and working in international markets.

In 2007 Richard was, for the second time in his career, elected to the Board of the industry trade association APSCo, taking on the role of Deputy Chair in 2008 and elected as Chair from 2009 to 2010.  He also chairs APSCo’s European Forum, and was named as one of two Individual Contributors to APSCo in 2009 in recognition of his support for the association.

Richard’s remit at Volt is to grow the business, ensure performance targets are met and drive the company’s expansion in the UK and across Europe.

Peter Reagan

Peter Reagan joined Volt Europe in 2008 as Group Business Development Director, having spent nearly 20 years leading organisations in the area of Staffing and Business Consultancy. Peter's remit at Volt is to increase our market penetration across Europe and to work with the Senior Management Team to define corporate sales strategy, especially in the field of Managed Service Programmes and Recruitment Process Outsourcing, and to execute this across the business to achieve sustainable year-on-year growth.

Prior to joining Volt Europe, Peter was Strategic Business Development Director of the professional services arm of the Adecco Group, during which time he graduated from the IMD in Switzerland.
