To be
responsible for identifying and developing relationships with

The
Skills
Previous IT or equivalent recruitment experience within
a new business development role
Demonstrable experience of meeting sales objectives and
targets on a regular basis
Awareness of latest legislation pertaining to the
recruitment industry
Experience in management of conflict resolution and
contractual negotations
Strong inter-personal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to prioritise and manage daily tasks
Flexible approach to workload
