The Department
The newly formed Volt Zurich team will be responsible for providing both contract and permanent recruitment solutions to all new accounts whilst ensuring a compliant delivery service is offered.
The Role
To source, match, screen and short-list candidates to vacancies ensuring a professional and team orientated approach is maintained. To achieve pre-agreed targets for all activity.
Ideally, 6 months+ previous experience within IT, Finance or Engineering recruitment
Strong interpersonal skills – able to work with and through people
Ability to prioritise and manage daily tasks
Numerate and literate - fluent (written & verbal) German and English as a minimum, French would be very advantageous
Good telephone manner with strong questioning and investigative skills
Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer
