The Role
The branch focuses on Information & Communication Technology, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Procurement and HR skills, providing both contract and permanent recruitment to clients based in the BeNeLux area (Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxemburg).
This role is expected to provide an efficient and effective administrative support function to Volt Europe Belgium; to assist the Belgian Business Unit Manager in providing a friendly, professional and reliable service to all of Volt Europe’s management and employees; to manage all day-to-day issues arising within the office, offering quick and effective solutions whilst ensuring compliance to Belgian Social Legislation; management of Reception to ensure a welcoming, professional and efficient first line contact for all callers and visitors, whilst providing high levels of support services to all staff.
Skills & Experience
Questions and listens to understand the needs of colleagues.
Excellent writing skills and able to put things in to clear and simple language whilst maintaining the professionalism and credibility of the Business Unit.
Good command of English & French language especially with regard to spelling and grammar.
Willingness to learn and work with Volt Europe’s systems and procedures to maximise efficiency and knowledge of the job.
Working knowledge of Excel (to include formulas / auto calculation), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
Competent typist ideally with a formal qualification, previous database use is an advantage.
Previous administration experience required together with a professional customer service attitude is an advantage.
Good business sense, delivery awareness, and able to source most cost effective and alternative solutions when necessary.
