The Role
The role is to ensure the smooth running of the office and to provide administrative support to the whole Belgium Team. Specific tasks included in this role include:
Reception
Greet visitors
Redirect incoming calls
Liaise with courier services
Office Management
Organise meetings & events
Draft written communications i.e. memos
Book flights, accommodation
Administration
Act as point of contact for all day-to-day facility issues and external suppliers
Manage incoming and outgoing mail,
Manage invoicing discrepancies
Handle office supplies, equipment and office maintenance
The Skills
Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
IT-literate - ideally familiar with basic computer and printer setup
Excellent organisational skills (ability to multi-task & prioritise)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Sense of humour and a positive mindset- dynamic personality
Service-minded

This is a non-salaried work placement role in the Recruitment Industry.
Working Hours
The position is for a 38 hour working week between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday. However, flexibility with work hours is required.
