Trainee Implementation Consultant – VRM Division

The Role

The Trainee Implementation Consultant’s role is to work alongside the Implementation Consultant on assigned VRM/ProcureStaff Managed Service Programs (MSP). The incumbent will participate in all aspects of the implementation, attending project meetings both internal and external, coordinate meeting schedules, producing agenda’s and minutes and assisting with the production and development of all project documentation to ensure the project goal is achieved and process and procedures are established and executed for the operational team to exceed SLA’s and comply with the Contractual Agreements.  The ultimate goal of the Trainee Implementation Consultant is to learn and understand the implementation methodology and project planning, to gain an in depth knowledge of Managed Service Programs, to understand the business related objectives and ultimately grow into the role of a full Implementation Consultant

 

The Skills

  • A good command of English language  (both written and verbal)
  • A good communicator with a willingness to learn and work with Volt Europe’s systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication, questioning and investigative skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.   Visio, Access & MS Project experience an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, a methodical approach and an eye for detail.  Previous project management experience is desirable.
  • A polite, friendly, reliable team player with a flexible attitude

Salary

Salary is negotiable and there is a bonus opportunity of 10% of salary (bonus paid quarterly dependent upon achievement of objectives)

Working Hours The position is for a 40 hour working week between 0900 and 1800 Monday to Friday.  However, flexibility with work hours and travel is required and at times will be extensive. .
