The Role
To be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with clients to acquire and fulfill orders for either Contract and/or Permanent roles. The position involves identifying and targeting clients within the market and/or industry sector thus leading to substantial client prospecting and lead development through warm and cold calling, whilst undertaking numerous client appointments in order to secure new business. The role is target based with responsibility for maintaining profit margins.
Skills & Experience
Previous IT or equivalent recruitment experience within a new business development role
Demonstrable experience of meeting sales objectives and targets on a regular basis
Awareness of latest legislation relevant to the recruitment industry
Experience of management of conflict resolution and contractual negotiations
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritise and manage daily tasks
A good command of English language (both written and verbal)
Excellent communication, questioning and investigative skills
Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
Excellent time management and organisation skills, a methodical approach and an eye for maximizing opportunities

Salary & Benefits
Salary negotiable according to skills, experience and previous billings ability

Working Hours
The position is for a 40 hour working week between 0830 and 1730 Monday to Friday. However, flexibility with work hours is required.
