Delivery Consultant

The Department

The newly formed Volt Zurich team will be responsible for providing both contract and permanent recruitment solutions to all new accounts whilst ensuring a compliant delivery service is offered.

The Role

To ensure the successful supply of contract and/or permanent staff to clients, achieving pre-agreed targets for all activity.  To manage and guide recruiters where appropriate.  To take responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle, particularly focusing on the successful matching of candidates to requirements ensuring a professional and team orientated approach is maintained, thus maximising revenue and gross profit to the Company.

Skills & Experience

• Ideally, 2 years+ previous experience within IT, Finance or Engineering recruitment
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to work with and through people
• Ability to prioritise and manage daily tasks
• To assist and help develop less experienced members of staff when required
• Numerate and literate - fluent (written & verbal) German and English as a minimum, French would be very advantageous
• Good telephone manner with strong questioning and investigative skills
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer
